Our Philosophy
BIG is a way of life here at B.I.G. Builders, LLC. Be it a new kitchen remodel, modest lakeside cabin, a traditional family home, or a one-off show home, every project is BIG to us, and every project is custom. We specialize in listening to your individual needs and incorporating them into your project. We know the
market, we know construction, and we have BIG ideas, and BIG energy to bring to your project. We don't design a project for you, we design a project with you. Our goal is that your project, your new home, will be everything you wanted, and more.
Custom Homes
At B.I.G. Builders we are builders of custom homes and projects. A custom home is a one-of-a-kind home that is designed for a specific client and for a particular location. The custom home builder may use plans created by an architect or by a professional home designer. Custom homes afford consumers the opportunity to control layout, lot size, and accessibility.
In most cases, custom home builders construct on land the home buyer already owns. Some developers sell fully serviced lots specifically for the construction of custom homes. This makes it easy to build a custom home since the lot is construction-ready and builders can focus purely on the design of the home.

What's New
B.I.G New Projects
At B.I.G. Builders we are always looking for new projects. We specialize in residential and commercial development of real property in Vermont and New York.
Currently in the works: 10 Railroad Street, Morrisville Vermont.
Built in the early 1900's the depot and ticket station at 10 Railroad street served the Lamoille Valley Railroad, a 96-mile rail corridor connecting St. Johnsbury to Lake Champlain until the rails closure in 1994. While locomotives no longer steam by, the tracks have found new passengers. In 2002 the Vermont Transit Authority in coordination with VAST rail-banked the 96-miles of track to create the Lamoille Valley Rail-Trail. A scenic 4-season recreational trail for hikers, bikers, mushers and afternoon strollers to enjoy. 10 Railroad Street will once again serve the Lamoille Valley line as the destination to eat, drink or rest ones weary feet. Coming Summer 2013
